The days of the circus are long gone. But the reality of the present hasn’t quite reached circus owner, Grimley. To him, the glory days are only a town away... in Lincolnville. But Lincolnville has progressed. And Grimley’s world crumbles at his feet when Lincolnville decides to cancel his circus and host "Tony Hawk’s Boom Boom Huckjam Tour."

Grimley and his Carne cronies devise a plan to take the Boom Boom Huckjam and Tony Hawk out of the picture... permanently. Only a group of young skaters stand in the way of Grimley’s plan to eliminate an extreme sports icon.
