Patek Philippe 2292/1P Platinum  Ladies Tegolino hour glass (Small Hour Glass)  watch, made in 950 Platinum with a fitted attached Patek Philippe 18K White gold bracelet. The dial is silvered white with raised white gold hour markers.  The watch measures 33 x 15 mm with a original facet crystal and domes curved stepped case, The watch was manufactured in1960, and is fitted with a 7-70 caliber manual wind mechanical 18-jewel movement # 1101702; case # 697463.  The watch further is accompanied with an extract from the archives confirming its date of manufacture and further sale.

This references is one of the few successful Ladies Patek Philippe watches that was a left over of the Art Deco Period.  The Italian's have named it "Tegolino" and it means in English "small tile."  The feminine bold look is quite stunning.
