DATE: Art Deco, c.1920

There are rings and then there are rings. This astonishing Art Deco period finger ring features a watch, with miniaturised mechanical movement and dial set within a cluster of single cut diamonds. Remarkably. it's smaller than some of the cluster rings we currently have in stock. The platinum is finished in gorgeous millegrain and hand-engraved scroll and wave motifs, with elegant trifurcated shoulder set with further single cut and rose cut diamonds. The mechanism is stamped Swiss Made, but with no indication of its maker - it dates from the 1920s.
